💡Baking Accuracy Tips

Weigh your flour: A scooped cup can pack in 140 g or more instead of 120 g, so weighing grams removes the guesswork and keeps cakes and breads consistent.
Spoon and level: If you must use cups, spoon flour lightly into the cup and level with a knife. For brown sugar, pack it firmly so 1 cup truly equals 220 g.
